Endorsed RAP
We’re proud to announce that Mesh has officially had our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) endorsed by Reconciliation Australia!
Although our reconciliation journey began a few years ago through project-based collaborations, learning on Country, and building relationships with Traditional Owner groups, this RAP is an important step in formalising a clear strategy for how we will continue progressing this journey. The process has been incredibly enlightening helping us understand the importance of setting balanced actions across each of the RAP pillars to ensure our learnings are holistic and meaningful. We also learnt that defining a list of actions is a deliberate and powerful part of the process: setting a mix of achievable and challenging actions to ensure we’re realistic in delivery while continuing to push ourselves to elevate our role in reconciliation. Our RAP is our commitment to forging genuine, lasting relationships with the Traditional Owners of the lands on which we work, and to listening, learning, and acting with respect and accountability every step of the way.
Our team looks forward to learning, listening, and collaborating in ways that honour Country and culture. We believe reconciliation is about meaningful action—creating opportunities for truth-telling, fostering cultural safety, and ensuring that respect and accountability guide us as we move forward.
We’re ready to walk alongside Traditional Owners, strengthen relationships, and help shape communities that reflect shared values and histories.
