Josh believes in the power of meaningful participation, putting people at the front of high-quality urban interventions. 

Josh started his career as an architect overseas, where he discovered his passion for urban design. He moved on to a role in UH-Habitat, where he dealt with complex projects regarding public space design, community development strategies and urban design guidelines for local and state governments; all through a participatory approach. Josh believes in the power of participatory processes and design communication, as means to achieve powerful urban outcomes.

Since joining Mesh in 2023, Josh’s international experience and passion for participatory design have allowed him to bring a fresh perspective to complex projects on precinct masterplanning, built form guidelines and neighbourhood character in the Australian context.
